WALK IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE BRAVE

This children's book is based on the true story of eleven brave African American soldiers who died to help bring peace and freedom to a large part of the world during World War II’s Battle of the Bulge. As members of a US Army field artillery battalion comprised exclusively of African Americans, these men defended millions of oppressed people and made the ultimate sacrifice to help save us all. 

Through this retelling of their story, readers can understand that we are all members of one race, the human race, and that we must learn to live in peace while loving and respecting one another
